Columbus County Partnership for Children

Request for Proposals for Services - FY 2020-2021 & 2021-2022

Columbus County Partnership for Children, Inc. is seeking contractors from any government agency, a non-profit organization, or private business to submit applications to administer the Smart Start-funded activities of Ready, Set, Go!, Raising A Reader, Reach Out and Read, Quality Enhancement Project, Early Learning Facility/Lending Library, Transportation and Parents as Teachers for FY 2020-2021 & FY 2021-2022.


The activities and funding levels are subject to change based on final funding from the North Carolina General Assembly and the Columbus County Partnership for Children’s Board of Directors.


A Bidder’s Conference will be held on Monday, April 13 at 2 p.m. via Zoom meeting. Potential contractors should contact the Partnership for the login instructions for the Bidder’s Conference. Applications are due by 12 p.m., Friday, April 24, 2020.
